Third Coast journeys into new sound
worlds with David Skidmore’s Fanfare for a New Audience, Marcos Balter’s dark rooms, and the premiere of a new work by Otto Muller. The program will culminate in Wolfgang Rihm’s explosive and visceral sextet Tutuguri VI, inspired by Artaud’s writings on the Tarahumara indians’ Rite of the Black Sun.
