DESCRIPTION:We are very sorry to say that “The Bell Ringers” at Olympic Sculpture Park on May 3\, 2020\, has been cancelled due to the ongoing threat of COVID-19. Please stay tuned for updates about live streamed concerts from our studio by following us on social media and subscribing to our YouTube channel! \nJoin Third Coast Percussion and composer Danny Clay for The Bell Ringers\, a new musical experience that brings communities together. This new evening-length work invites participation from performers of a wide range of experience levels—from professionals to novices. The piece will be performed in the Olympic Sculpture Park\, with the audience moving freely throughout the space. The work draws influence from Clay’s use of the element of “play” and community-building in his works. \nThis performance is free and open to anyone!\nClick here for more information. \nThe Bell Ringers was commissioned by Third Coast Percussion with support from The Maxine and Stuart Frankel Foundation\, the Meany Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Washington\, the Julian Family Foundation\, The Elizabeth F.
